This incident happened on last year's Christmas Eve... Police officers go on patrol every day, you all know that, right?
Two officers were scheduled for a patrol at two in the morning. But since the next day was Christmas Eve, there were hardly any people at the station. The incident occurred three hours after those two officers left.
When they returned, they looked extremely tense... neither said a word... the moment they walked in, they rushed straight to the dormitory. The officers inside sensed something was wrong, so they ran over to check, asking what had happened.
The two officers then said that during their patrol, they had seen a girl. Since it was so late, one of them told the young woman to hurry home. But she didn't turn around. The officer found this strange and approached to question her. The woman took out her ID card. The officer checked it, found nothing suspicious, and let her go.
But the other officer said he thought he had seen that girl before. The first officer dismissed it, saying, "You're overthinking it."
After returning to the station, one of the officers suddenly remembered— "Wait... wasn't that girl the one who was dismembered and killed?"
The other officer quickly checked the records... and sure enough, he found it—the report confirmed she had died. The two officers gasped in shock, breathing a sigh of relief. "Oh my God... Thank goodness..."
After hearing their story, the officer on duty said, "Well, it's okay then. You're safe back here. I'll go buy some alcohol to calm your nerves."
At that time, there were only five officers at the station (including the two who had just returned).
The three officers remaining on duty played rock-paper-scissors to decide who would go buy the alcohol. The loser headed out to the convenience store.
When this officer came out of the store with the alcohol, he saw several ambulances rushing somewhere, sirens blaring, but he didn't think much of it and returned to the station.
But when he got back, he noticed the two officers who had stayed behind looked pale and terrified.
He asked what was wrong. One of them, trembling, said, "Go... go look at the report that just came in..."
He walked over and read it. The report stated: "Two police officers died in a traffic accident during their patrol tonight... The person they collided with was a young woman..."
And that woman—was the very girl who was already supposed to be dead!
He froze in horror, whispering, "Then... where are those two officers who just came back and went into the dormitory?"
As he asked, he ran toward the dorm room...
The door was tightly shut. There was no answer from inside.
